To provide the highest levels of service to our customers our technicians go through a strenuous training program starting with a 3 year apprenticeship before concluding with a forth year John Deere diploma. Further development includes progressing through the industry recognised LTA program. Plus access to industry leading manufacturer training gives our product support specialists unparalleled expert knowledge and experience. Their prime aim is to maintain customer equipment to the highest standard and therefore enabling efficient operation and optimisation in the field. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
We also keep all our workshops equipped with all the latest tools and equipment to do almost any work which comes our way and have access to order anything we need to get our customers going as fast as we can.
Keeping the service teams running smoothly are our LTA recognised service managers. If they are not on the phone helping our customers by providing their experience, expertise and advice, they will be managing the workshop or be training up on all the latest products and technology to ensure we remain ahead of any issue which may come our way.
